Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Refund Policy: No refunds once payment has been received for any and all services/products. General Refund/ Exchange Policy: No refunds or exchanges All Sales are Final for any and all products/services. Individual Appointment Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: (Includes but is not limited to lessons, Live Baseball Batting Practice, Consultations, and Certifications) You must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for a scheduled appointment. Team/ Group Appointment Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: (Includes but not limited to- Facility Rentals & Team Training) You must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time or you will be charged for a scheduled appointment. Late To Appointment Policy: Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated. Due to the demand for appointments, late arrivals 5 minutes past the allotted appointment time will be marked as a no-show/ no-refund. Please call if running behind. After 5 min your cage slot will be given to the next person in line to rent a cage. Team/ Group Reservation Policy: (Includes but not limited to- Facility Rentals & Team Training) Full payment must be received 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time in order to secure a reservation.
